ABS Ultrafiltration Systems

Ultrafiltration enables maximum  level of improvement in all physical qualities of water, without any change in chemical structure of water.

Thanks to ultrafiltration technology, suspended solids in water, blur, colour pigments up to 99 % and most importantly, bacteria and viruses which may exist in water can be totaly removed

This method provides a great advantage especially in treatment of natural spring water or drinking water. Operating principle of the system can be summarized as follows: Structure of membrane is in form of capillary tubes and it functions through cross flow method.

In treatment process, raw water flowing through capillary tubes is passed through pores in size of 25 angstrom on membrane surface by means of pumps which do not require high pressure.

Reverse  osmosis and periodical cleaning processes of the system is performed through plant automation and the system operates with no need for human effort.
